God wants to get us alone with Him. He begins to teach us when he gets us alone through suffering, heartbreak, disappointment, a broken friendship, or a new friendship— when He gets us absolutely alone, and we are totally speechless, unable to ask even one question.

Avery special group of moms have been a tremedous blessing to me:
Moms of Hope
Moms of Hope is a Christian
Support Group for grieving moms. The purpose of our support group
is to create an environment where all who have experienced the
tragedy of losing a child can freely express their sorrow, fears,
pain, loss, anger, and guilt. The ultimate goal is to help one
another work through the negative emotions of grief through
sharing, prayer and Bible study. It is our hope that all who come
to fellowship with us will find God's strength, comfort,
compassion and hope. The road of grief is long, but you do not
have to travel it alone.

After finding our selves at such a loss for resources in our area we have started a chaper of The Compassionate Friends . The Compassionate Friends of Western Oklahoma meets on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Burton House on the SWOSU campus in Weatherford, OK.
